We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, efficiency, and strong client relationships, and we’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to grow with the business and play a key role in shaping its future.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential projects at various stages, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead both people and processes. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Executive Assistant, with clear progression into managing other Project Managers as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

  • Build strong relationships with the team by understanding individual strengths, capabilities, and areas for development

  • Analyse current and future resource requirements across multiple live and upcoming projects

  • Manage construction contracts, including deadlines, variations, and challenges

  • Oversee and administer build contracts to ensure compliance and delivery

  • Create and manage detailed project schedules using Buildertrend

  • Allocate resources effectively while maintaining control of budgets and timelines

  • Monitor and update project schedules daily to ensure smooth delivery

  • Identify opportunities to improve and revolutionise internal systems and processes

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director (daily reporting) and Executive Assistant

About You

  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within residential builds

  • Strong building knowledge and practical understanding of construction processes

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Commercially aware with strong budgeting and scheduling skills

  • Technically proficient, with experience using digital project management tools such as Buildertrend or similar platforms

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – confident working with both teams and clients

  • Proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems and drive efficiency

  • Ambitious and motivated to grow with the company

  • Holds a full driving licence and has access to reliable transport for travel to various sites
