Kitchen Refurbishment Done Properly
Most kitchen refurbishments go wrong in the same way. Multiple contractors, no single point of accountability, and a finished kitchen that reveals the gaps between them.
We handle every discipline in-house. Design, structural work, plumbing, electrics, tiling, and fitting – all done by our own trades, scheduled as one project. There is no coordinating between contractors on your end, and no blame-shifting when something needs sorting.
We do not hand a kitchen over until every element works properly and looks exactly as it should.

How It Works
How a Kitchen Refurbishment Works
STEP ONE
Site Visit
We look at the existing kitchen, understand what you want to change, and identify anything structural or services-related that affects the scope or cost before design work begins.
STEP TWO
Design and Fixed Price Quote
We develop the layout and specification, then provide a single itemised fixed-price quote. If anything changes during the build, we agree the cost with you before it is carried out.
STEP THREE
Refurbishment
Work is sequenced to minimise disruption. Basic cooking facilities are restored at the end of each day where possible. Each stage is checked against our quality standards before the next begins.
STEP FOUR
Handover
We do not hand a kitchen over until every element is right. Snagging is completed before the project is closed, not treated as an afterthought.
What We Do
What Our Kitchen Refurbishment Includes
Kitchen Remodel
A full rethink of the space. New layout, new units, new worktops, structural alterations where needed. If the kitchen no longer works for how you live, a remodel addresses it properly rather than working around the existing layout.
Kitchen improvements and upgrades
Not every kitchen needs a complete overhaul. New worktops, replacement doors and handles, upgraded appliances, improved lighting – targeted kitchen improvements can transform a space without the cost or disruption of a full remodel.
Designing a new kitchen layout
Layout determines how a kitchen functions. We look at how you use the space before specifying anything – workflow, storage, natural light, and the relationship between the kitchen and the rooms it connects to.
Structural alterations
Opening a kitchen into a dining room or removing a wall to create an island layout requires structural work done correctly. We carry out the building work, manage building control, and ensure the new space is structurally sound before anything else begins.
Plumbing and electrics
A full rethink of the space. New layout, new units, new worktops, structural alterations where needed. If the kitchen no longer works for how you live, a remodel addresses it properly rather than working around the existing layout.
Tiling, flooring, and finishing
The finish is where a kitchen refurbishment either comes together or falls short. Tiling, flooring, decoration, and the details that determine whether a kitchen looks truly complete. We do not sign a kitchen off until it is.

Honest advice
Refurbishment or remodel – what’s the difference?
The two terms get used interchangeably but they describe different scopes of work, and understanding the distinction affects both budget and timeline.
- Refurbishment is right when the layout works but the surfaces, units, and fittings need replacing. New doors, worktops, splashbacks, appliances, and flooring can completely change the feel of a kitchen without touching the layout or moving any plumbing.
- A full remodel makes sense when the layout is the problem. If the kitchen does not flow well, lacks storage, or needs opening up to another room, improving the surfaces will not fix it. A remodel addresses the structure of the space, not just the finish.
- We will tell you which approach fits your situation – and give you an honest picture of the cost and disruption involved before you commit to anything.
