What if unexpected problems are found during the work?

In renovation work, unexpected findings are not unusual. Concealed damp, deteriorated timbers, outdated wiring, or previous alterations that weren’t done correctly all turn up from time to time. When they do, we stop, show you what we’ve found, give you a clear cost to address it, and agree how to proceed before continuing. Nothing is done without your knowledge and sign-off.
